Nigeria Soap Powder (Black) are generally made from locally harvested African plants such as plantain, cocoa pods, palm tree leaves and shea tree bark. Ours is made from cocoa pods. The ingredients are sun-dried and roasted, which is how it gets its deep color. Water and oils such as coconut, palm oil and shea butter are thus added. Nigerian black soap made from Nature with love is highly recommended for sensitive skins, heals blemishes, treats acne, clears eczema etc. It is ready to use or you can melt and add other desired organic ingredients. However, unlike other soaps, African black soap does not completely strip your skin of its natural oils, thereby keeping it smooth and moisturized in addition to cleansing it.
