Description

Sepigel 305 is a unique blend of specialty ingredient for modifying viscosity. It is an easy to use ingredient that helps contribute luxurious, high end velvety feel to your formulations. Sepigel 305 can create oil free emulsions, O/W lotions, creams, and even thick body butter bases without the need for heat, or neutralizing any ingredients, or pre-mixing anything. Sepigel 305 can easily thicken, and emulsify all types of oil phases without heating, it is completely cold process, thereby preserving the benefits of fragile actives and botanical extracts. It can produce gel-creams with a rich, silky texture that is easy to apply and rapidly absorbed by the skin.

It will easily emulsify dimethicone, cyclomethicone, PEG-8, IPM, and even glycerin. You can use it to emulsify anhydrous liquids like acetone, alcohols, and glycerin. With our Sepigel 305 there’s no reason to use high sheer mixers, or heat and since you are using only cold process methods, your actives, vitamins, botanical extracts may perform, and look better in the formulation. Sepigel 305 is nonionic, is compatible with most other ingredients, has good stability, and works well over a wide pH range. You can also use the Sepgel 305 to enhance existing formulations you have.
