Transparent Glycerine Soap Base

Making your own soap has never been easier,  Melt and pour soaps are made from 99.5% glycerin and pure deodorized double-distilled coconut oil.  High moisturizing content.  Superior lathering qualities.  Contains no animal fats.  No animal testing. This soap base is considered a cosmetic according to the FDA.

All of our soap bases are gluten-free.  Soap slabs may range in color from diamond clarity to yellowish slightly cloudy. Please be aware of this prior to ordering.  Simply melt soap in a microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the soap is completely melted, add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of fragrance oil per pound of soap, add a few drops of soap coloring, and pour into soap molds.  Allow soap to cool at room temperature, and pop them out of the molds.

Glycerine Soap Base: Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Coconut Oil, Sodium Myristate, Triethanolamine, Sodium Laurate, Sodium Cocoate, Purified Water.

Soaps may absorb moisture from the air.  Soap slabs may range from diamond clarity to yellowish slightly cloudy in color.

pH Value: pH8.2~8.6 (melted state)

Scent: 10 – 40 drops Fragrance or Essential Oils per 100g Soap (0.5% – 2%)

Colourants: Any of the usual colourants for Melt & Pour Soap

Suitable Additives: Botanical and Herbal Extracts, exfoliants of all kinds

Melt Point: 55 – 60°C
